Refunds & Reporting Call Issues
How to report a call issue on BubblyPhone, request a refund for failed calls, and understand our refund policy for unused calling credits.
If something went wrong with a call, you can report it directly from the app. Our team reviews every report and will issue a refund if the issue was on our end.
Reporting a Call Issue
To report a problem with a specific call:
- Go to your Call History.
- Click on the call in question to open its details.
- Click Report Issue.
- Select the type of issue that best describes what happened.
The issue types are:
- Bad audio quality — You connected to the other person, but the audio was poor, choppy, had echo, or was otherwise hard to hear.
- Call dropped unexpectedly — You were connected and talking, but the call ended on its own without either person hanging up.
- Wrong charge — You believe you were charged incorrectly for this call.
- Could not connect — You pressed Call but the call never connected or nothing happened.
- Other — Anything else. Describe the issue in the text field provided.
What Happens After You Report
Our team reviews every submitted report. You can check the status of your report on the call detail page. The status will update from Under Review to either Resolved (if no refund was needed) or Refunded (if credit was returned to your account).
Refund Policy
- Unused credit can be refunded within 30 days of purchase. Email hello@bubblyphone.com with your account email and the reason for the refund.
- Consumed calling minutes cannot be refunded unless there was a technical issue on our end that affected the call quality or connection.
Charged for a Call That Did Not Work?
If you were charged for a call that did not connect properly, report it through the app using the steps above. Our team will investigate the call records and refund the charge if the issue was on our side. You do not need to email separately — the in-app report gives us all the technical details we need to investigate quickly.
