Managing Your Contacts

How to add, import, export, and organize your contacts on BubblyPhone. Set favorites for quick dialing and sync across web and mobile apps.

The Contacts page lets you save phone numbers so you do not have to remember or retype them every time you call. You can organize contacts, mark favorites, and quickly start calls with a single click.

Adding a Contact

To add a new contact, go to the Contacts page and click the Add Contact button. Fill in the following:

• Name— The contact's name as you want it to appear in your list.
• Phone number — Include the country code (for example, +44 for the UK or +1 for the US). This ensures the number dials correctly from the Dialer.
• Company name (optional) — Useful if you want to remember who the contact is associated with.

Importing Contacts

If you have contacts saved elsewhere, you can import them in bulk. Click the Import Contacts button on the Contacts page and upload a CSV file.

Your CSV file should have columns for name and phone number. The phone numbers should include the country code. A simple example:

Exporting Contacts

Click the Export button to download all your contacts as a CSV file. This is useful for keeping a backup or transferring your contacts to another service.

Favorites

Click the star icon on any contact to mark it as a favorite. Favorited contacts appear at the top of your contact list, making them easy to find. Click the star again to remove a contact from your favorites.

Quick Dial

Click the phone icon next to any contact to go straight to the Dialer with their number already filled in. Just hit Call to connect.

Searching Contacts

Use the search bar at the top of the Contacts page to find contacts by name, phone number, or company. Results update as you type.

Syncing Across Devices

Your contacts sync automatically across the web, iOS, and Android apps. Any contact you add on one device will appear on all your other devices when you are signed in with the same account.
