This AUP is part of our Terms of Service and applies to all users of the Service.

This AUP establishes guidelines for acceptable and prohibited use of BubblyPhone to:

- Prevent fraud, abuse, and illegal activities
Violation of this AUP may result in:
- Account suspension or termination
- Forfeiture of account credits

When using BubblyPhone, you agree to:

3.2 Respectful Communication
- Treat other users and our staff with respect

- Respect privacy and dignity of call recipients
- Obtain consent for call recording where required by law
3.3 Honest and Truthful Conduct
- Provide accurate account information
- Not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
- Not engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
- Report security vulnerabilities responsibly
4. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:

You may NOT use the Service to:
- Commit or facilitate criminal offenses
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Engage in fraud, money laundering, or financial crimes
- Distribute or access illegal content
- Violate sanctions or export control laws
- Engage in terrorism-related activities
- Violate human trafficking or child protection laws
4.2 Harassment and Abuse
You may NOT:
- Make threatening, harassing, or abusive calls
- Engage in stalking or unwanted contact
- Make discriminatory or hate speech communications
- Sexually harass or solicit minors
- Bully or intimidate others
- Make false emergency reports ("swatting")
Legal Consequences: Harassment may result in criminal prosecution and civil liability.
4.3 Spam and Unsolicited Communications
You may NOT:
- Send unsolicited commercial communications (spam)
- Make automated or robocalls without proper consent
- Engage in telemarketing without complying with do-not-call regulations
- Send phishing or social engineering messages
- Conduct unauthorized surveys or polling
- Make high-volume automated calls
Anti-Spam Compliance:
- We comply with the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR)
- We cooperate with regulatory authorities investigating spam complaints
- Violations may result in immediate account termination
4.4 Fraud and Misrepresentation
You may NOT:
- Use stolen credit cards or payment information
- Create accounts with false or fraudulent information
- Impersonate individuals, businesses, or organizations
- Engage in caller ID spoofing for malicious purposes
- Make fraudulent emergency calls
- Manipulate call detail records
- Claim chargebacks for legitimate services rendered
4.5 Network Abuse and Hacking
You may NOT:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Conduct denial-of-service (DoS) attacks
- Probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without authorization
- Intercept or monitor communications of others
- Reverse engineer our software or protocols
- Bypass security measures or authentication mechanisms
- Scrape or harvest user data without permission

4.6 Service Abuse and Resale
You may NOT:
- Resell the Service without written authorization
- Use the Service for call arbitrage or traffic pumping
- Share accounts with unauthorized users
- Create multiple accounts to abuse promotions
- Generate artificial traffic for profit
- Use the Service as part of a pyramid or multi-level marketing scheme
- Exceed reasonable usage limits indicative of abuse
Commercial Use: Contact us for legitimate business or reseller arrangements.
4.7 Content Violations
You may NOT transmit:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Obscene or indecent content where prohibited
- Defamatory or libelous statements
- Content that violates intellectual property rights
- Confidential information without authorization
- Content that violates privacy rights
- Terrorist propaganda or recruitment material
Reporting: We comply with legal obligations to report illegal content to authorities.
4.8 Interference with Service
You may NOT:
- Interfere with other users' use of the Service
- Overload or burden our network infrastructure
- Generate excessive failed call attempts
- Use automated systems that degrade service quality
- Attempt to disrupt Service operations
- Manipulate call routing for unauthorized purposes
5. Geographic and Regulatory Restrictions
5.1 Sanctioned Countries
We comply with UK and international sanctions. The Service may not be available to users in:
- Countries subject to comprehensive sanctions (e.g., North Korea, Syria)
- Restricted territories under UK or US sanctions
- Countries where VoIP services are prohibited
5.2 Prohibited Destinations
We may block calls to:
- High-fraud destinations
- Premium-rate numbers used for fraud
- Destinations prohibited by our carrier partners
- Countries where we lack proper licensing
5.3 Regulatory Compliance
Users must:
- Comply with local telecommunications regulations
- Obtain necessary business licenses for commercial use
- Register with authorities if required
- Pay applicable taxes and regulatory fees
6. Content Monitoring and Enforcement
6.1 Our Rights
We reserve the right to:
- Monitor usage patterns and call metadata for abuse detection
- Investigate suspected violations of this AUP
- Suspend or terminate accounts violating this AUP
- Report illegal activities to law enforcement
- Cooperate with legal investigations and court orders
- Preserve evidence of violations
We do NOT routinely monitor call content but may investigate specific incidents when:
- Required by law or court order
- Responding to abuse complaints
- Detecting fraud or security threats
6.2 User Reporting
Help us maintain a safe Service:

- Nature of the violation
- Date and time of incident
- Phone numbers or account information (if known)
- Any relevant evidence (call logs, recordings, screenshots)
We investigate all reports and take appropriate action.
6.3 Enforcement Actions

Warning: First-time minor violations may receive a written warning
Suspension: Temporary account suspension (7-30 days) for moderate violations
Termination: Permanent account closure for:
- Serious violations
- Repeated violations after warnings
- Illegal activities
- Fraud or security threats
Legal Action: We may pursue civil or criminal action for:
- Fraud
- Hacking or unauthorized access
- Serious harassment or threats
- Illegal content distribution
6.4 Appeals Process
If you believe your account was suspended or terminated in error:

- Provide your account details and explanation
- We will review within 5-7 business days
- Our decision on appeals is final

8. Emergency Services Limitation
CRITICAL: BubblyPhone cannot be used to contact emergency services (911, 999, 112, etc.).
You must:
- Maintain alternative means to contact emergency services
- Not rely on BubblyPhone for emergencies
- Ensure family members and employees understand this limitation
Making false emergency reports through any means is illegal and will be reported to authorities.
9. Call Recording Compliance
If you record calls using BubblyPhone:
Legal Requirements:
- Comply with local call recording laws
- Obtain consent where legally required (one-party or two-party consent laws)
- Provide proper notice of recording
- Secure and protect recordings
- Respect data protection laws (GDPR, etc.)
Jurisdiction Examples:
- UK: One-party consent (you can record if you're a party to the call)
- US: Varies by state (some require all-party consent)
- EU: GDPR compliance required for processing recordings
BubblyPhone is not responsible for your compliance with call recording laws.
10. Intellectual Property
Respect Intellectual Property:
- Don't use our trademarks without permission
- Don't infringe others' copyrights, trademarks, or patents
- Don't distribute pirated or counterfeit content
- Provide proper attribution when required
11. Data Protection and Privacy
Respect Privacy:
- Don't collect or share others' personal data without consent
- Comply with GDPR and data protection laws
- Don't use the Service for unauthorized surveillance
- Protect confidential information
- Don't engage in identity theft or data breaches

12. Changes to This Policy

14. No Waiver
