- What happens if my balance runs out?
- We email you 7 days, 3 days, and 1 day before your monthly fee is due. If your balance can't cover the renewal, you have 7 more days to top up before the number is released.
- Can I keep my number if I top up after losing it?
- During the 7-day grace period, yes — top up and your number is reactivated immediately. After release, the number returns to our pool and may not be available again.
- Can I call EU numbers from my US number?
- Yes, but EU calls connect more reliably from our UK number. The dialer suggests the swap automatically when calling EU destinations — one click to use UK.
- Is there a contract?
- No. Pay monthly from your balance. Release the number from your dashboard whenever you want.
