Reading Your Call Details
How to find and understand your call details on BubblyPhone. View call duration, cost breakdown, status timeline, and technical information for every call.
Every call you make with BubblyPhone is recorded in your Call History with a detailed breakdown. This article explains how to access your call details and what each piece of information means.
How to Access Call Details
Go to your Call History page from the main navigation. You will see a list of all your calls, with the most recent at the top. Tap or click any call to open its detailed view.
What You See
The call detail view shows the following information:
- Destination number and country — The number you called, along with the country name and flag icon.
- Call status — Either Completed or Failed. See Understanding Call Statuses for what each means.
- Duration— Only shown for completed calls. Displayed as minutes and seconds (for example, "3m 42s"). Failed calls do not have a duration because no connection was established.
- Cost — The amount deducted from your balance for this call. Completed calls show the actual charge. Failed calls always show $0.00, since you are never charged for calls that do not connect.
- Rate — The per-minute rate that was applied for this destination. This is the same rate shown on the Dialer before you placed the call.
Timeline Visualization
Below the main details, you will see a timeline that shows the progression of your call through each stage. For a completed call, this typically reads: Initiated, then Ringing, then Answered, then Ended. For a failed call, the timeline stops at the point where the call could not continue. This helps you understand exactly where in the process the call succeeded or encountered an issue.
Technical Details
There is a collapsed section labeled "Technical Details" that you can expand if needed. This contains diagnostic codes that are standard across the telecom industry. Most users will not need this information, but it can be useful if you are contacting support. You can share these codes with our team to help investigate any issues.
Reporting an Issue
If something went wrong with a call — bad audio quality, an incorrect charge, a dropped connection, or anything else — tap the "Report Issue" button on the call detail page. You can describe the problem and our team will review the call record. We take every report seriously and will correct any billing errors.
Call Again
At the bottom of the call detail view, there is a "Call Again" button. Pressing it takes you directly to the Dialer with the same country code and number pre-filled, so you can quickly redial without entering the number again.
