Account Settings & Security
Manage your BubblyPhone account settings. Change your password, connect Google sign-in, update notifications, manage payment security, and delete your account.
You can manage your profile, password, notifications, and payment details from the Settings page.
Editing Your Profile
Go to Settings → Account to update your profile information. You can change your name, phone number, and country.
Password
How you manage your password depends on how you signed up:
- Signed up with email — You can change your password in Settings → Security.
- Signed up with Google — You can add a password to your account so you also have the option to log in with email and password. Go to Settings → Security to set one up.
- Forgot your password? — Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. You will receive an email with a link to reset it.
Notification Preferences
Go to Settings → Notifications to control what emails you receive. You can toggle email notifications and marketing emails on or off independently.
Payment Security
All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. This is the highest level of payment security certification available. BubblyPhone never sees or stores your full card details — they go directly to Stripe's secure servers.
Deleting Your Account
If you want to permanently delete your BubblyPhone account, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
Before you proceed, there are a few things to know:
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Your call history, contacts, and all account data will be removed.
- Any remaining credit on your account will be lost. If you have unused balance, request a refund first by emailing hello@bubblyphone.com.
- To confirm deletion, you will need to enter your password and type "DELETE" in the confirmation field.
