Add each participant with their time zone, and our planner will automatically calculate overlap windows. The "Best Times" section highlights windows where everyone is in acceptable hours.
Yes, the planner uses your browser's built-in timezone database (IANA/Olson), which includes all DST transitions. Times are calculated based on the current date, so DST is automatically factored in. For future meetings, keep in mind that DST changes may shift the overlap windows.
You can add up to 8 participants with different time zones. This covers most global meeting scenarios. The visual timeline makes it easy to spot overlap windows even with many participants.
Business hours are defined as 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM local time (shown in green). Extended hours cover 7:00-9:00 AM and 5:00-8:00 PM (shown in yellow). Hours outside these ranges are considered sleeping/off hours (shown in gray).
The planner shows all 24 hours for each time zone, so you can visually identify any time that works. The "Best Times" feature prioritizes business hours, but you can pick any hour from the timeline that suits your team.
