Billing, Credits & Pricing
How BubblyPhone pay-as-you-go billing works. Adding credit, packages, rates, invoices, and when you are charged.
BubblyPhone is 100% pay-as-you-go. There are no subscriptions, no monthly fees, and no contracts. You add credit to your account and it is deducted per minute when you make calls. That is it.
Adding Credit
To add credit, go to the Top Up page (or click the + button next to your balance in the top navigation).
- Choose from one of the pre-configured packages, or enter a custom amount. The minimum top-up is $5.
- Larger packages include bonus credit, so you get more value per dollar.
- Pay securely with a credit or debit card. All payments are processed by Stripe, a trusted and PCI-certified payment provider.
- Credit is added to your account instantly after payment.
When You Are Charged
You are only charged when the other person answers the call. If a call fails, rings out, goes to voicemail, or you cancel before they pick up, you are not charged. Zero. Nothing.
Charges are calculated per minute based on the destination country and number type. The charge is deducted from your balance when the call ends.
Rates
Call rates vary by country, and sometimes differ between mobile and landline numbers. For example, calling a UK landline may cost less than calling a UK mobile.
- Check the Rates page for current pricing to any country.
- The estimated cost per minute is shown on the Dialer before you place a call, so you always know what you will pay.
Your Balance
Your current balance is displayed on the Dialer page and in the top navigation bar. It updates in real-time after each call, so you always know exactly how much credit you have remaining.
Credit Never Expires
Once you add credit to your account, it stays there until you use it. There is no expiration date and no inactivity fee.
Promo Codes
If you have a promo code, enter it on the Top Up page before completing your purchase. The discount or bonus credit will be applied automatically.
Invoices
Invoices for all your top-ups are available in Settings → Billing. You can download them as PDF files for your records or expense reports.
