Good but could be better
I enjoy using the service. It works well. One thing I wish was different is the way the keyboard responds on my macbook. When I press the numbers, they jump, before settling back to their location, which slows things down. The other thing that would make it better is if you could dial using the keys on your computer rather than clicking numbers with the touchpad. These are minor, but could be easily fixed to make it excellent
Thank you Joel β you were right on both counts, and this review is why we fixed them the same day you wrote it. The keypad no longer moves when you press it, and you can now dial straight from your keyboard: type the number, hit Enter to call, Backspace to correct. There's even a keyboard-first dialer view now β switch with the toggle on the dialer, or make it your default under Settings β Preferences. Thanks for pushing us from good to excellent.
