You are only charged for calls with “Completed” status — where the other person actually answered. All other statuses are free.
Billing starts when the call is answered — not when it starts ringing. The ringing time is free.
Per-minute rate is visible on each call — you can see exactly what rate was applied and verify the total matches.
Duration is rounded up to the nearest minute for billing. A 2 minute 15 second call is billed as 3 minutes.
Your running balance is always visible in the dashboard header so you always know how much credit you have remaining.

No. You are only billed when the other person answers and the call reaches Completed status. Calls that show Failed, Busy, No Answer, or Cancelled are never charged.
